With a strong sense of ownership and accountability, I enjoy helping create a smooth,
organized experience for our clients and our team. Much of my work happens behind the
scenes, where I focus on keeping the firm’s day-to-day operations running smoothly and
efficiently. My responsibilities include operations, compliance support, advisory fee billing,
client communications, our monthly newsletter, and the many details that help keep the
team moving forward.
My career in financial services began in banking and has grown through roles in hotel sales
and marketing, broker-dealer marketing, and insurance support in a family business. Each
experience helped shape my practical understanding of the industry and reinforced how
much I value thoughtful, dependable service. I joined McKay in 2012, and I appreciate the
opportunity to support both clients and colleagues with consistency, care, and attention to
detail.
I’m often a resource for questions involving client situations, compliance requirements,
and internal processes, and I take pride in being someone the team can count on. I was
born in Tacoma, moved to Tennessee as a toddler, and quickly discovered Memphis
barbecue, which is still my favorite meal! Today, I live in Edgewood, WA, with my husband,
Gus, and our two rescue dogs, Cheerio and Luna. We love glamping around the Pacific
Northwest whenever we can and spending time with our granddaughters. During football
season, I’m a committed Seahawks fan and a multi-time fantasy football champion. I also
enjoy a good British mystery and listening to jazz or classical music.
